Northern Indiana Artists, Inc. (NIA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to the promotion of contemporary creative art. The NIA strives to raise the quality of work produced in, and the standards of, the community through exhibitions, meetings, discussions, lectures, scholarships and networking.
NIA has been active throughout Northern Indiana for over sixty-five years. Its membership is composed of regional artists who have passed an independent jury process. Independence in the Studio is a juried exhibition of NIA artists organized by the FWMoA.
