Join us as we empower the next century of creative youth. The Fort Wayne Museum of Art will host a celebration of the first Young Artists Exhibition and Scholastic Art Award Winners. FWMoA invited fifth through seventh grade students from local schools to participate in a juried art show that will be on display in the FWMoA Learning Center from March 31 – May 6, 2026. The Young Artists Exhibit aims to prepare students for future participation in the Scholastic Art & Writing Awards. The Scholastic Art & Writing Awards features the Gold and Silver Key winning art and writing by students in grades 7-12 from Northern Indiana and Northwest Ohio. The exhibition features hundreds of paintings, drawings, sculptures, graphics, photographs, mixed-media projects, and all genres of written pieces, each expressing topics that inspire creative teens today.

Enjoy free admission and light appetizers. If you plan to bring a group of 10 or more, please call Emily Uphoff at 260.422.6467 or email [email protected].
