The processes and techniques of printmaking are vast and can be highly technical, making this medium both fascinating and mystifying for many. During Print Room Talks, we examine examples of printmaking techniques up-close and learn about artists from the permanent collection and their processes.

Print Room Talks are on the third Wednesday of every other month at 2pm. Print Room Talks are led by Sachi Yanari-Rizzo, Curator of Prints and Drawings. These events will be socially distanced with limited seating, but they will be made available online afterward.

Jackson Pollock is a household name, known for his large-scale abstract expressionist paintings.  However, did you know that his brother Charles pursued art as well?  We will talk about the beginnings of their careers when they followed similar paths through their training and work.
