December 4, 2023 (Fort Wayne, IN) – The Fort Wayne Museum of Art is pleased to present “Solemn Spaces: Works by Robert Kipniss” now through February 25, 2024 in the Museum’s galleries at 311 E. Main Street. Robert Kipniss is a distinguished American painter and printmaker. His work has been shown in solo exhibitions at galleries and museums worldwide. In addition to his artistic accolades, Kipniss is an accomplished poet and author.

October 9, 2023 (Fort Wayne, IN) – The Fort Wayne Museum of Art is pleased to present “Día de los Muertos.” on view now through November 5, 2023. Artists, families, and community groups around the region were invited to honor a lost loved one or another important figure by constructing an altar in the museum.

September 22, 2023 (Fort Wayne, IN) – The Fort Wayne Museum of Art is proud to host the 2023 Indiana Artists Club Annual Members Exhibition, comprised of over 50 diverse works by Indiana artists, on view through November 26, 2023. 

July 5, 2023 (Fort Wayne, IN) – The Fort Wayne Museum of Art is pleased to present “An American Renaissance in Fort Wayne: Muralists from the Allen County Courthouse,” an exhibition of works on paper by great muralists, Charles Holloway and Carl Gutherz, on view July 15 through September 10, 2023.

June 5, 2023 – (Fort Wayne, IN) – The Fort Wayne Museum of Art is pleased to announce the students who have won national recognition for their art and writing in the 2023 Scholastic Art & Writing Awards. After competing at the regional level, 28 students from Northeast Indiana/Northwest Ohio were awarded Gold or Silver Medals by the Alliance for Young Artists & Writers, a national organization.
