Kids Open Skate Night

This form is for the purchase of one ticket to ‘The Art of the Skateboard’ Kids Open Skate night to skateboard in the custom-built skatepark in FWMoA on June 4, 6-9pm. This event is for kids 13 and under.

No one under the age of 18 will be allowed to skate without a parent or guardian present. Proof of age will be required. Parents/Guardians of minor skateboarders receive free admission.

Please note, you will need to sign a waiver before you are allowed to skate at FWMoA. If you do not sign the waiver, you forfeit your ticket to skate for no refund. The waiver will either be available the night of the Open Skate or emailed to the email address provided.
